"arigatoo" is thanks, "arigatoo gozaimasu" is thank you.
Arigatoo is less formal.

wow.. i didnt ever learn that.
..in fact, all i remember from Jap class (which I did for a semester) is Ikumaszu ... not sure what it means
still, its better than my Italian (which I did for 4 years)

"ikimasu" is to go somewhere.
"tomodachi no uchi ni ikimasu" - I'm going to a friend's house
